Oli White is SaxMax Champion

The first champion of 2009 from my coaching stable is Oli White. The 16 year old talent from Bath won the 750MC SaxMax championship in dominant style. I am quite happy to admit from the moment I first sat with Oli at a cold and wet Llandow in December 08 I knew we had a winner on the books. Its not all been easy though, he has done half the testing mileage of the rest of the field and has had some "learning the boundries" glitches but then his car has always been looked after brilliantly by DNA Motorsport. Combine that with a very real talent nurtured on his dads farm and kart circuits in the south west and you just know he's going to be one to watch.

In 2010 he will be racing in FF1600 mostly at Castle Combe and I have no doubt at all he adapt very fast.

Also from DNA Motorsport and SaxMax is 16 year old Ryan Ratcliffe. Personaly speaking Ryan has made the most significant improvement of any driver in the Saxmax field this season. Ryan came to me as a genuine novice in December 08, he could'nt even change gear properly let alone drive on track at speed. Unlike Oli who had several seasons in karting behind him, Ryan had done nothing sporting at all. However through hard work and awsome support from his father Paul Ryan has turned into a rapid young driver.

We made a significant break through in Ryans driving at Oulton Park in August and he's now a front runner only lacking the race craft experience of his rivals, but of course, will come. There should be no doubt Ryan has the potential to win races in 2010.
